- Promote the development of career and trade oriented curriculum in Marshfield area schools
- Promote general excellence in education by supporting efforts of teachers and administrators and by fostering participation by parents and business
- Engage in planning and research activities to assist local government and the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry in their economic development efforts
- Generally support community efforts to improve availability of housing, health care and employment; to foster community awareness and knowledge of economics and government mandates; and, to provide information and forums for discussion of all issues affecting the Marshfield community
- Develop leaders for roles in confronting issues, problems and challenges facing the greater Marshfield community
