2. Land Purchase
Industrial Park Authority
MACCI Executive Director prepares and Offer to Purchase
Authority makes recommendation to City Council
Economic development contact for #1 arranges the meeting with the owner/agent attending.

3. Council Approval
City Council acts on the recommendation from the Industrial Park Authority.
Deed required to be filed one month after Council approval.
Owner/agent attends the meeting to answer questions of the City Council.

4. Construction Plans
Public Works Department
Director of Public Works approves site plans.
Building Inspector approves building plans.
Any variances from zoning code need to go to the Planning commission or Zoning Board of Appeals.
Economic Development Contact from #1 arranges the meeting with the owner/agent attending.

If Changes are required, the owner considers the
requests/concerns for change and repeats #4.
If no changes are required, the owner may obtain a building permit from:
